Gulf Isle Neighbors announce February luncheon

Gulf isle Neighbors, a local women's social group will be conducting their monthly luncheon on Feb. 8, at 11 a.m. at the Bay Beach Inn.

This month the group will feature guest speaker Elodie Cardon of La Maison D'Elodie to talk about antiques and curiosities. This event begins with a social followed by lunch at noon. Cost of the luncheon is $11.75.

Gulf Isle neighbors was founded in 1996 and has grown to over 100 members.

They provide an opportunity for members to become acquainted as well as an environment for sponsoring charitable, educational and social causes.

They have a strong history of charitable giving and have donated over $29,000 to local charities since their inception.

Children invited to Gulf Breeze Library story time

Preschool Story Time at Gulf Breeze Library on Thursdays from 10:30 11:00 a.m for ages 3 5 year-olds.

Come enjoy stories, fingerplays, songs and action rhymes.

Santa Rosa Quilt Guild to hold Feb. meeting

The Santa Rosa Quilt Guild will meet on Thursday, Feb. 9 at 9:30 a.m. in the fellowship hall at St. Paul United Methodist Church, 4901 Gulf Breeze Parkway. The program will be a Trunk Show by Agnes Adkison. Everyone interested in quilting is invited to attend, regardless of their level of expertise. It's Fun. Come join us. Holley Navarre Senior Association holds pancake breakfast

The Holley Navarre Senior Assoc. will hold a Pancake Breakfast on Feb. 11 from 7:30a.m. until 10:30a.m. The breakfast will be at the E.H. Pullum Senior Center on Gordon Goodin Lane across from the Navarre Library. For further information contact Judy Ertl at 939-3985.

Gulf isle Neighbors announces Valentine Game Party

Gulf Isle Neighbors with be holding a "Valentine Game Party" at the Bay Beach Inn on Feb. 15at 10:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. Lunch, card tables and cards will be provided. There will also be Bunco and Mahjong tables. You may sign up as an individual or bring your own group to play.

The cost of this event will be $15 per person and reservations may be made with Ellie Ackley at 934-7040 or Linda Krenning at 916-5189.

Democrats invited to attend meetings

The Santa Rosa Democrats will be holding a potluck dinner at 6 p.m. at the HolleyNavarre Middle School Media Center, 1976 Williams Creek Dr., Navarre.
