     The state of the City of Gulf Breeze was the topic as City Manager Edwin "Buz" Eddy addressed members of the Gulf Breeze Emerging leaders at last week's monthly "Lunch and Learn" program. His topics included an update on possible bridge expansion, traffic, city appearance and new development.
