OBITUARIES FORSYTH Gerald M. Forsyth "Jerry" of Gulf Breeze, Florida passed away on March 21, 2006. He was born in Birmingham, Alabama on March 29, 1956. He is preceded in death by his wife, Debra Forsyth; son, Austin; four sisters and one brother; and numerous nieces and nephews all of Birmingham. Memorial services were held Friday, March 24th at 10 a.m. at St. Anns Catholic Church Chapel in Gulf Breeze. Special love and thanks to Father Sean, Dr. Stachler for all of his wonderful care, Gulf Breeze Hospital Nursing Staff, and Clint and Enid at the MINU unit at Baptist Hospital for their extraordinary care and friendship through this hard time. |
