PLT's 'Our Lady of Perrysburg' adds matinee
Due to overwhelming popularity, PLT has added a Sunday matinee performance of "Our Lady of Perrysburg."
Pensacola Little Theatre's Studio 400 presents the awardwinning "divine" comedy, "Our Lady of Perrysburg." Set in the fictitious southern community of Perrysburg, "Our Lady" celebrates some of the south's most enduring obsessions - Diet Mountain Dew, Wild Turkey and Jesus - as witnessed through the eyes of good ol' gal, Bernice Gillen. Bernice reaches the end of her rope when next door neighbor and high school rival, Dolly Pritchett, claims to witness the Virgin Mary in her birdbath every month.
"Our Lady of Perrysburg" will show March 16, 17, 18 at 8 p.m. and Sunday, March 19 at 2:30pm in the M. C. Blanchard Courtroom of the Pensacola Cultural Center. For ticket information, call 432-2042.
