     B.J. Davis/Gulf Breeze News Around a dozen members of Boy Scouts Troop 11 attended the Mar. 1 Gulf Breeze City Council meeting executive session. According toTroop Master Lisa Flores, the boys were there working towards their communications merit badge, and she felt the meeting would be a good place for them to witness the different opinions the council memebers had on the many issues the council handles each meeting.
