Pregnant Couples & Dad as Doula

A two hour-workshop that combines couples yoga and childbirth education. Mom is invited to bring dad or her birth coach. Create Your Weight Seminar

The Baptist Bariatric Center hosts a free seminar, “Create Your Weight” from 7 8 p.m. on the third Tuesday of each month in the Heritage Room on the ground floor of Baptist Hospital, 1000 W. Moreno. Participants will learn about an innovative non-surgical weight management program which is facilitated by a registered dietitian using a non-diet approach.
