Parent volunteers needed for Project Grad
      In 1979, in Oxford Hills, Me., seven teens died as a result of drugs and alcohol during the graduation season. From this horrible tragedy Project Graduation emerged, powered by a community of concerned citizens and parents, it became a state initiative. It has long since been recognized as a prototype for the nation.
