NOTICE TO BIDDERS PAVING PROJECT

The Board of County Commissioners of Santa Rosa County, Florida will receive sealed bids from qualified licensed contractors for the paving improvements to the Marty Martin Way intersection. This work includes construction of a left turn lane, lane widening, drainage, and appurtenances as shown on the project plans and the project manual.

All bids must be original and delivered by hand, Fed Ex, or mail to the Santa Rosa County Procurement Department, 6495 Caroline Street, Suite G, Milton, Florida, 32570; and must be received by 10:00 a.m., April 13, 2010, at which time bids will be opened and read aloud. All interested parties are invited to attend. Bids are to be sealed and clearly labeled "Bid - Marty Martin Way Paving Improvements". Bids received after this time will be rejected and returned to the bidder unopened.

Project documents, including drawings and specifications relative thereto may be inspected at the Santa Rosa County Procurement Department, 6495 Caroline Street, Suite G, Milton, Florida; and the Santa Rosa County Engineering Department, 6051 Old Bagdad Highway, Suite 300, Milton, Florida. Plans and specifications may be secured from the Santa Rosa County Procurement office at a non refundable cost of $100.00 per set.
