The Santa Rosa Island Authority heard more public comment on the proposed Master Plan for Pensacola Beach, and decided to hear from the planners before bringing the item to a vote. The plan has been hotly debated for its use of roundabouts and an elevated roadway. but board members stressed that the plan is just conceptual and, if approved would be reviewed county engineers.
