SRC voters in 9 precincts to help pick House rep
      The special election to fill the vacant District 4 state representative post previously held by Ray Sansom of Destin will be held Tuesday, March 23. The district includes nine precincts in southeast Santa Rosa County. Okaloosa County also is part of the district.
